Our Neighborhood

NEIGHBORHOOD CHAT GROUP

If you would like access to the neighborhood WhatsApp chat, please contact the board.  The WhatsApp chat is a phone-based text messaging group used by many residents to share information. Whether you need a cup of sugar, or you found someone's missing cat, it's a great way to get the latest scoop on local issues, and to ask for non-emergency assistance from your neighbors.

Please click the link below or go to the Documents page to view a copy of the

2019 Annual Meeting Presentation.

From the Board

The Quaker's Landing Civic Improvement Association is the neighborhood's HOA.  The association is managed by a volunteer board of 9 residents who are elected by the neighborhood each year.  Our role includes:

  • Publishing a bi-annual newsletter

  • Hosting 4 family-focused neighborhood socials each year

  • Maintaining our beautiful landscaping and abundant green spaces

  • Enforcing Deed Restrictions in a fair and neighborly manner

Monthly board meetings are currently announced through an e-mail blast.  Residents are encouraged to sign-up by clicking on the "Residents" tab at the top and completing the information. As always, residents are welcome to attend.
